2. Membership & Billing

By enrolling in a monthly coaching program, you agree to:

- Recurring monthly billing at the rate presented at checkout

- Automatic charges to your payment method on a monthly basis

- Continued billing until you cancel your subscription

- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly coaching at any time.

Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing date

Once a new billing cycle begins, charges are non-refundable for that month

You will retain access to coaching services through the end of your current billing period

4. Scheduling & Sessions

Your coaching plan includes ongoing access to sessions as outlined in your selected program.

It is your responsibility to schedule and attend sessions

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of ongoing coaching services:

-- All monthly payments are non-refundable once charged

- If you have concerns, please contact us and we will work with you to address them

6. Results Disclaimer

Results from wellness coaching vary from person to person.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as success depends on many factors including your participation, consistency, and personal circumstances.

7. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

- You are responsible for your own health decisions

- Coaching is collaborative and requires your active participation

- You agree to communicate honestly and follow through on agreed actions

All content, materials, and resources provided by Ochemi Wellness are the property of Ochemi Wellness and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
